Terms of Sale

1. Orders

Submitting an order on our site is a request to buy, not a completed sale. Every order is subject to our review and acceptance, including stock and shipping availability. We will email you to confirm the order, the final total (including any shipping or tax), and how to pay. We may decline or partly fill any order and will tell you if we do.

Products are sold in the pack quantities shown in the catalog. Product photos and descriptions are for reference; packaging may vary by supplier.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars per piece and may change before an order is confirmed. You are not charged when you submit an order. Payment is due on the terms stated in our confirmation email, and orders ship only after payment is received unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3. Shipping

Orders may ship from different suppliers and warehouses, sometimes in separate packages. Any delivery estimate we give is an estimate, not a guarantee.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel at no cost any time before we confirm and take payment. After payment, you can cancel within 24 hours as long as the order has not been passed to a supplier for shipping. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

5. Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

Please check deliveries when they arrive. Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the items, packaging, and shipping label. Claims reported after 48 hours or without photos may not be accepted.

6. Refunds

For approved claims we will, at our option, send a replacement or refund the affected items to the original payment method. We do not accept returns of undamaged goods that were ordered correctly. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer so we can resolve the issue quickly.

7. Product origin and resale

Our catalog includes Japanese brands and Japanese-style goods. Unless a product listing states otherwise, we make no claim that a product is made in Japan. Country of origin is shown on the product packaging. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to reselling the products in your store.
